The “Ballet Body” course originated from my many years experience with classical ballet and Pilates.

In the ballet classes for adults we learn together:
– listen to music and dance music
– strengthen the slack, unusual muscles in common life (often called BaletFitness or BodyBalet)
– stretch the muscles shortened
– to turn blood circulation
– we will strengthen the balance
– we’ll zap and burn some calories
– we will be resting ourselves from common worries by a full focus on movement

Training is divided into seven parts:
1. Enhancement and stretching
2. Exercise at a ballet bar (often called Barre or BaletFitnessBarre)
3. Exercise for freedom
4. Strengthening the muscular corset
5. Breast Port
6. Rotation (balance and coordination)
7. Allegro (often called Cardio)
